Supplemental Material 2

eMethods: ALFF Results

Serial linear regressions adjusting for scanning site, age, IPV-HT frequency, and Other TBI, were conducted for ALFF of each node defined as part of the DMN for each atlas. There were 58 nodes in the DMN for the Power atlas, 65 for the Seitzman atlas, and 91 for the 4S atlas. eTables 1-3 list the nodes for each atlas that demonstrated a significant difference between groups based on the linear regression models, as well as FDR and Bonferroni adjusted p-values. Neither the Power atlas nor the 4S atlas had any nodes that demonstrated significant differences in ALFF between NFS-BI groups.

eMethods: ReHo Results

Serial linear regressions adjusting for scanning site, age, IPV-HT frequency, and Other TBI, were conducted for ReHo of each node defined as part of the DMN for each atlas. There were 58 nodes in the DMN for the Power atlas, 65 for the Seitzman atlas, and 91 for the 4S atlas. eTables 4-6 list the nodes for each atlas that demonstrated a significant difference between groups based on the linear regression models, as well as FDR and Bonferroni adjusted p-values.

Nodes in the Power (red), Seitzman (blue), and 4S (green) atlases where individuals who endorsed NFS-BI demonstrated lower ReHo compared to individuals who did not endorse NFS-BI. However, after adjusting for multiple comparisons, nearly all of these differences did not survive.
