Dr. Sheila Quinn Sheila O'Brien Quinn, PhD, is an associate professor of psychology at Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island, where she teaches courses on developmental psychology, psychopathology in childhood and applied behavior analysis. She is past-president of the New England Psychological Association.
