Dr. Rosemary Flanagan

Having completed a PhD in clinical and school psychology at Hofstra University, Rosemary Flanagan began her career as a practicing school psychologist. Her professional activities soon included an independent practice and adjunct faculty positions in school psychology training programs. Following board certification in school psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology, her interest in professional issues and the provision of high-quality psychological services grew. She is currently a professor in the School Psychology Program at Touro College. She previously served as an assistant professor and director of the School Psychology Program at Adelphi University. Her research and writing interests focus on the nexus between assessment and intervention and professional issues in school psychology.
