Dr. Marlene Eisenberg

Marlene M. Eisenberg, PhD, is a research associate in psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania. Trained as a developmental psychologist, Dr. Eisenberg's current research focuses on substance abuse and HIV. Her research is concentrated in the area of public health and mental health services research with an additional focus on normative and clinical issues across the lifespan, intergenerational transmission of risk, mental health policy, and legal issues surrounding health-related decision-making. Dr. Eisenberg's primary affiliation is with the Center for the Studies of Addiction at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.
