Dr. Kristofer Hagglund
Kristofer Hagglund is dean of the school of health professions and professor of health psychology at the University of Missouri (MU). He was founding director of the MU Master of Public Health program.
Dr. Hagglund obtained his PhD in clinical (medical) psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. A 2000-2001 Robert Wood Johnson Health Policy Fellow in the office of Senator Tom Harkin (D-IA), Hagglund later served as president of the Division of Rehabilitation Psychology of the American Psychological Association (APA) and as a member of the Institute of Medicine's Committee on Improving the Disability Decision Process. He is a fellow of the APA.
